These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of femininerevivalist.com and the Feminine Revival movement website, content, and services offered by Wholeness Education, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this website, signing the Declaration, submitting a form, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. SMS Messaging Terms

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you consent to receive SMS messages related to the movement, your participation, and important updates. Consent is not a condition of anything. You may cancel at any time by replying STOP, and you will receive a confirmation. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you must be at least 18 years old to participate. We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA Messaging Principles, and applicable carrier requirements. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the website or services. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

About Us and the Movement

Wholeness Education, LLC operates the Feminine Revival movement and this website, along with related formation brands including The Woman School (thewomanschool.com) and Catholic Feminine Formation (catholicfeminineformation.com). Formation programs are offered through those brands under their own terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, sign the Declaration, or opt into communications. Any future programs intended for minors will require the consent and participation of a parent or legal guardian under separate terms.

Becoming a Feminine Revivalist

Signing the Declaration and becoming a Feminine Revivalist is a personal expression of belief and participation in a shared movement. It is not a purchase, a contract for goods or services, an enrollment, or a donation, and it creates no payment obligation. We may decline or remove a participant at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

Acceptable Use

When using our website and services, you agree not to:

• Use the services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any other person or group.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of our services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or networks.
• Use automated tools (scrapers, bots, crawlers) to access or extract data from our website.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, the wheel emblem and brand marks, the Feminine Revival Declaration, frameworks, images, and software, is the property of Wholeness Education, LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Trademarks

"The Feminine Revival," "Feminine Revivalist," "The Woman School," "Feminine Formation," "Catholic Feminine Formation," "Feminine Revival Foundation," and related names, logos, and marks are trademarks of Wholeness Education, LLC or its affiliates. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

Sharing the Declaration

You are welcome to read and share the Declaration as published. You may not modify it, reproduce it for commercial purposes, or present it as your own without our prior written consent.

User Content

If you submit your Declaration signature, survey responses, testimonials, reflections, or other content to us, you grant Wholeness Education, LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display that content in connection with the movement and our communications, subject to our Privacy Policy. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit.

Donations to the Feminine Revival Foundation

Donations to the Feminine Revival Foundation are made to a separate 501(c)(3) public charity and are not commercial transactions with Wholeness Education, LLC. They are governed by the Foundation's own terms, policies, and gift acceptance procedures, and are processed through the Foundation's donation platform. The Foundation will provide appropriate acknowledgment for tax purposes. The tax-deductibility of any contribution depends on your individual circumstances; please consult your tax advisor. No goods, services, or program access are provided in exchange for donations, except where specifically disclosed and valued in accordance with IRS requirements.

Services provided "as is"

Our website, content, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Any claim must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you by email or website notice. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

General

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding this website. Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them freely. No agency. Nothing here creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and us.
